Ruuby is a London-based beauty and wellness platform bringing exceptional treatments directly to its clients’ homes.

We were tasked with building the brand from scratch and creating an experience that felt unlike anything else in the category. At its heart was the Ruuby woman: a modern Londoner who values convenience without compromising on quality, and sophistication without the fuss.

The creative direction brought together vintage references and sleek modernity, giving Ruuby a world that felt elegant, characterful and distinctly its own. We developed a cohesive identity that could move effortlessly between the digital and physical, from the app and website to social content, campaigns and out-of-home advertising.

What began as a brand-building project grew into a longstanding creative partnership. Over the years, we have supported Ruuby across app design, social media, content creation and special projects, including the Ruuby Store and its tube and bus advertising.

We have also created a series of seasonal and editorial campaigns, including Ruuby Magazine, Ruuby Ski and Ruuby St Tropez. Each introduced a new expression of the brand while remaining connected to its core visual language.

Together, the work has built a flexible and recognisable brand world that makes beauty on demand feel personal, polished and unmistakably Ruuby.
